What is Rotary?
Rotary is an international organization of business and professional men and women united worldwide, who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
The Cannon Falls Rotary Club celebrated its 50th Anniversary in 2004. The club was chartered in 1954 and has approximately 35 members. We join more than 1.2 million Rotarians who belong to more than 30,000 Rotary clubs in more than 160 countries worldwide.
William Boyd, the 2006-2007 President of Rotary International, has chosen "Lead the Way" as the theme for his presidency. Given that Rotary International just celebrated its 100th year as an organization of service, our focus on leading the way and Service Above Self aptly describes our participation in Rotary.
