Rotary Youth Exchange: Our 2006-2007 Outbound Students
The 2006-2007 Outbound Team
Our outbound youth exchange participant this year is Paul, who is heading to Japan in Mid-August.

Paul has already set up a blog to chronicle his year abroad. The address is:

Be sure to check back often and follow his adventures!
Kim in South Korea
Kim has already sent a message back to the club:

"Hello everyone, I just wanted to say that I'm having a great time in Korea although life is still really surreal. I don't have much time to write right now, but if you go to my blog, kimsseoul.blogspot.com you will be able to find out much more about what has gone on in my life since Aug 19 when I left the airport.

I just wanted to thank you and all of Rotary for this experience. It is something that I will never forget and if I had the chance would never give back for something else.

Like I said there is much more on my blog and please share the address with everyone else in the Cannon Falls Rotary Club and anyone else who would like to follow my experience.

Thank you. -Kim"

Kaitlyn in Turkey
Kaitlyn was originally scheduled to go to the Czech
Republic but her plans changed prior to her departure.
She is now in Turkey and we hope to have a report from her regarding her arrival, acclimation to the country and comments on her experience so far very soon!

Latest update:

Kaitlyn has started a blog online so we can follow her experiences throughout the year. She aleady has some great comments about the food, driving and more so feel free to check out her blog and she how her year is progressing.

These blogs give us a wonderful opportunity to hear about their experiences in their own words, as they happen. Please do check them out on a regular basis as they are all making regular posts to their blogs.

Brittany in Paraguay
Brittany is already in Paraguay and we have had several updates from her since she arrived.

Brittany has also started a blog with posts of her experiences online for us to follow throughout the year. As you can see from the blogs by all three of our outbound students, this new technology gives us a wonderful view of the day-to-day experiences our outbound students have as the year goes on.
